【岗位描述】
客户总监（医学背景）/Ac Director(Medical)
The specific responsibilities of the AD include, but are not limited to the following:
2. Supervision and development of direct reports
3. Overall client relationship on assigned acs
4. Leadership of broader Agency team to achieve client objectives
5. Driving organic growth
6. Creative and Strategic Reviews
7. Strategic Planning
8. Campaign Analysis
9. New Business Assistance as needed
10. Responsible for profitability for assigned clients
11. Review and approve invoices and cost estimates
12. Beresponsible to managing a team of 3-4 members
13. Be in ge of a few pharmaceutical clients on a daily basis
